Staci Sullivan
OWNER • ARTIST • CUSTOM JEWELRY DESIGNER
As a third-generation jeweler and the designer behind the studio that bears her name, Staci Sullivan brings a fresh, personal approach to custom jewelry design. With a Diamond Graduate degree from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) and global industry connections, she offers clients access to exceptional diamonds and gemstones rarely found in traditional retail.
Staci continues her family’s 7 decade old legacy with dedication, creativity, and heart, working alongside her mother Isabel—one of the first female gemologists in the U.S.
A passionate advocate for the community, she has lead self-esteem workshops with Serene Harbor and supports local nonprofits throughout the year through charitable collections and donations. Helping others shine—both through jewelry and in life—remains at the center of everything she does. Sentimental sparkle is Staci's passion as a generational jewelry designer.
Isabel Sullivan
BOSS MOM • GEMOLOGIST
As a child, Isabel received a 16 mineral kit for Christmas that triggered her fascination with gemstones. Years later, she married her high school sweetheart, Doug Sullivan, Sr. She was pleasantly re-introduced to gemstones when she started working in the Sullivan family jewelry business.
When Isabel started her jewelry career in the early 1970’s, gemologists were rare and diamond grading standards were in their infancy. She learned to grade, identify, and evaluate diamonds and the kaleidoscope of colored gemstones and received her Graduate Gemologist degree from The Gemological Institute of America in 1982. Isabel returned to the jewelry industry, after her retirement sabbatical, due to her love for the family business, adoration with personalized service and client interaction, and interest in the ways jewelry has developed over her lifetime. Paul Crichton
MASTER JEWELER • DESIGNER • REPAIR SPECIALIST
Paul Crichton brings decades of hands-on expertise to the bench. From crafting his first artistic rings for girls in grade school with quartz rocks and soda pop tops to creating wax molds in high school to managing stores and running his own shop, Paul’s career has spanned coastlines and eras. He joined Sullivan’s in 2014, and ever since, Paul and Staci have collaborated to create custom jewelry, repair jewelry, and restore jewelry with precision and artistry.
With deep knowledge of vintage techniques and modern tools like laser welding, Paul ensures each piece—new or old—is handled with expert care. Paul loves creating something new out of something old. If you have jewelry you're not wearing, bring it in to see how it can be transformed by a master jeweler affectionately named Pauly.

A professional photographer with a creative soul, Hannah discovered her passion for jewelry through crafting sterling silver spoon rings by hand. Hannah's artistic eye and attention to detail carry over into every aspect of her work, from behind the camera to behind the counter. With a deep appreciation for craftsmanship and storytelling, Hannah brings a unique blend of creativity and care to every client experience. Sullivan's shines bright with Hannah's celebration of sparkling sentiments.
Sierra Majors
Meet Sierra Majors—avid collector, connoisseur, and curator of exquisite treasures. Her love of jewelry began in childhood, admiring Grandma Goldie’s collection. Inspired by icons like Elizabeth Taylor and Grace Kelly, Sierra connected with their lavish jewelry and elite style. Watching red-carpet elegance remains a favorite pastime. Meeting Staci Sullivan through a fellow collector was serendipitous. Before joining the jewelry industry, Sierra amassed a vast vintage and estate collection. Through the years, “Sierra sparkles at Sullivan’s” has remained her theme.

We offer concierge-style service, private appointments, and access to an in-house laser welder, allowing us to complete delicate repairs and heat-sensitive work with precision.
