When you see a jewelry item to purchase, simply put it in your cart and proceed to check out. If you’d like to personalize a selection, please contact us at 321-978-2200 during business hours with the stock number to discuss personalization options for your order. If it is before or after business hours, you can leave a voicemail or email us at sullivanjeweler@gmail.com with your questions and contact information and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

If the item is in stock and ready to go, you will receive the product within 5 to 7 business days. Shipping confirmation and tracking number will be texted or emailed to you. If the item is needed quicker, accommodations can be made. If you want to customize a product, we will do our best to meet your expectations. Please contact us at 321-978-2200.

Quality control is a steadfast priority at Sullivan’s Jewelers. If an item is damaged in shipping or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us at sullivanjeweler@gmail.com or 321-978-2200 as soon as possible within 3 business days of your receipt of the item.

All returns/exchanges being shipped require a pre-assigned Return Merchandise Authorization Number provided by Sullivan’s Jewelers. Please contact Sullivan’s Jewelers at sullivanjeweler@gmail.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number within 3 business days of jewelry pickup/delivery.

Sullivan’s Jewelers will honor refunds or exchanges for store credit on in stock jewelry purchases for up to 10 business days post pickup/delivery. Please contact Sullivan’s Jewelers at sullivanjeweler@gmail.com or 321-978-2200 for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number within 3 business days of jewelry pickup/delivery. All jewelry must be in the original condition to qualify for a refund/exchange/store credit. Sullivan’s Jewelers reserves the right to inspect all jewelry prior to refund or exchange for wear or damage. In order to complete a return or exchange, Sullivan’s Jewelers requires a receipt or proof of purchase, along with the original packaging. Special accommodations can be made by the purchaser if the item was a gift. Store credit will be valid for 90 days. A restocking fee of 10% is deducted on all refunds. Shipping for returns or exchanges is at the purchaser’s expense.

It includes both antique (over 100 years old) and vintage (20–99 years old) styles, with many pieces featuring unique craftsmanship, old-world diamond cuts, and one-of-a-kind settings. The estate jewelry may be previously enjoyed but we make sure it is in good repair before it is curated into our collection.
