It all starts with an idea. You are struck with inspiration and request a custom jewelry appointment.
Creative Collaboration
A creative meeting with designer, Staci Sullivan. Bring any pictures or estate pieces to be used.
Design Schematics
Staci will send you a rough sketch based on the creative collaboration, a description, and a quote.
3D Modelling
A 3D realistic illustration is produced. For complex pieces, a wax replica of the piece may be created.
Fabrication
Our expert jewelry craftsman and designer create your piece, casting and finishing by hand.

- Your lifestyle is an important factor too. Are you a family with young children and pets or retired & more hands on than ever? Your daily routine will determine which type of design we gravitate towards.
- If you want to redesign jewelry that you own, Sullivan’s will measure your stones and snap a few photos of the “Before” to get started.
- Lastly, we will also discuss your budget and timeline. This will help us dial in on the design as we offer a range of products from budget friendly to luxe. Discussing the project(s) timeline is also crucial as some products can arrive to us in a few days whereas others can take longer.
A 3D Rendering to Envision the Final Piece
- With every product chosen, our job is to ensure the end result will collectively form a cohesive and appealing look.
- The internet is a convenient tool when googling images of products, but it is always best to see them in person. Which is why we were so excited to share our experience with you!
- We will also create a 3D rendering of your design to help you envision the layout. We can provide a resin model to see in person and give you a hands-on experience.
